Crescent Beach Real Estate

Crescent Beach, named for the natural shape of its shoreline, lies just south of St. Augustine Beach in St. Johns County, Florida. This peaceful, white-sand beach is typically less crowded than some other beaches in the area, making it feel like your own personal slice of paradise.

Crescent Beach has areas of both loose and hard-packed sand perfect for bike rides, volleyball, Frisbee, and even horseback riding.  Surfers and swimmers alike rejoice over the refreshing waters and waves. When you need to satisfy your beach-day hunger, head to one of the beachside restaurants or host your own picnic at the nearby pavilion.

The few restaurants are located on Florida State Road A1A and are provide a relaxed beach vibe and local fare.  Restaurants such as Commanders Shellfish Camp, Back 40 A1a, Crescent Beach Bar and GrillElk House Eatery, and Safe Harbor Seafood are a must-visit when in the area.

Due to the high dunes, large lots, beautiful white sandy beaches and views of the ocean and Intracoastal, Crescent Beach is an extremely coveted area.  Many oceanfront homes in Vilano provide incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, and the Intracoastal homes allow boat access to the Matanzas River and many have views of beautiful downtown St. Augustine.
